I am trying to fix the dash lights on my 94 4runner. I have searched this forum extensively with no success. Here is what's going on:

Tail lights work fine
Fuse for dash light (Center fuse in kick panel, driver side) is not blown
Bulbs in dash have continuity
I have 12v going to dimmer switch and coming out
vehicle has aftermarket pioneer cd player that has been hacked in ( previous owner cut out factory harness and chopped it up pretty bad. Pioneer cd player has harness coming out of rear and is bare wire connected to wires from vehicle(No pin connection)
Found what appears to be dimmer switch plug near backside of cd player. I verified continuity of wires near radio to dimmer switch plug.

My question is, where does the dimmer connecter plug go into near the radio? I tried finding a wiring diagram but had no luck. My first thought was maybe the dimmer wires tie into the radio?

Ok so I somewhat figured out my issue. I bypassed the dimmer switch and the lights are on now, I still dont know where the plug goes behind the radio. Was that a dimmer for the factory radio?
