#4 cylinder not firing
I have a 94 22re pickup and number 4 cylinder is not firing, I have spark, 195psi, 92 octane. Plug is wet. .030 decked off block. Adjustable cam sprocket, bigger injectors and egr delete, little bigger cam. Could I possibly have too weak of spark for the compression? Any tips would be appreciated. I have stock ignition (plugs, wires, distributor, coil)

I bought a truck one time that would fire the plugs but not ignite the fuel mixture. I ran some test on the coil and both test failed instantly. Check your Primary and Secondary resistance check and see what you get. Haynes has a great write up on testing the coil.
Have you tried swapping #4 injector to another cylinder? See if the problem moves or stays with the injector. Toyota did a poor job with the Injector wiring by using crimps in the harness. I have seen them corroded or even not connected when someone has tugged on the harness and broke the connection.
