Get in touch with dirtboytoy (I think) on the forums. He's got just about everything you can think of. My recommendation is to get used, refresh the CBPL as per Zuk and install the thirds.

4.30 gears came in most trucks and 4Runners with automatic transmissions, I have an 86 4Runner that were doing an auto to manual swap on and it has 4.30 gears, so check your local wrecking yards, you might have to buy the whole 3rd member though.

TAP's prices are kinda high. They think no one else sells toyota parts. lol You may be able to bargain a bit. I just saw another thread on here today about a member here selling a front 4.30 diff for a second gen like yours

Screw it. Go to 4.56 gearsets. You can find used thirds and front diffs for around 200 bucks. Then you can sell your old diffs, you might be able to get away with it for under 100 bucks!
