3VZE Air Intake Chamber Not Sitting Flush

I pulled the heads on my 1992 3VZE due to some bad exhaust valves. The heads are now back in and I am trying to finish the re-assembly. I am at the point where I am putting the Air Intake Chamber on top of the intake manifold.

When I put the chamber into position, it does not want to lie flush. After some investigation, it turns out the bottom of the throttle body is rocking on the top of the LH delivery pipe (the drivers side pipe that feeds the injectors). It's not just a little off, but way off, at least 1/8 of an inch. I've tried taking all the fuel delivery pipes and injectors out and reinstalling them, making sure the injectors are properly seated in the spacers but I get the same result. I've even "stood" on the LH delivery pipe to force it down while I torque the #2 and #3 fuel pipes and the delivery pipe nuts, but nothing seems to work.

Is there a trick to this? I've walked away from it for a while to prevent myself from doing something rash.

Edit: Never mind, I figured it out.
