3Vz connections

Does anybody know what the connections are for in the picture? Specifically the connections marked 1 & 2. 1 is a connection to the fuel injectors I believe. 2...I don't have a clue.

I'm trying to troubleshoot a code 14 error and am running low on ideas now.

Thanks.

Here's a picture: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...s-3vze-224860/
2 is for the temperature gauge
1 is the EFI water temperature sensor
(moving left from #1 is the cold start injector switch, then the EFI water temp. switch.)
