I'm pulling a 350 out of a s10 conversion does anyone know what I can use for my 94 4 runner in the same swap?

The S10 conversion isn't going to help you at all. You might as well be pulling the 350 out of a 71 Camaro or an 5.3L LS engine out of a 2011 Chevy Cargo Van or a 5.0 out of a mustang. You will have the same exercise of making something that was designed for a tiny engine work with a heavy big engine.

Plan on replacing all your drivetrain to handle more than double or triple the torque and have a blast rewiring everything so your electronics will work. And have fun cooling a V8 too. And upgrading the suspension so it doesn't look like you are carrying a snowplow.

if you want to do it on the cheap, pull the whole drivetrain, engine trans and t case and crossmember. driveshafts too. also take the whole wiring harness and computer and the underhood stuff. all the stuff you can pull that supports the motor the less you have to fab or adapt later.

this way you can shoe horn the whole setup in your truck without having to buy adapters. motor mounts, crossmember, and driveshafts will be the most of your fab work and a little wiring. the tcase output is also passenger side front same as toyota.

i did a similar swap ten years ago with a k5 blazer with a 383. i swapped the drivetrain and had shafts made to go in an 84 4runner. it was super cheap. I think i only spent a grand on parts and that included shop supplies.

Like I said big budget project You can replace parts as they fail or all at once in the start.

Biggest issue is cooling system problems. My old FJ40 which i sold to my dad always ran hot with the 283 V8, then my dad put in a new 350, but didn't make any cooling system changes. Runs WAY too hot, but he's not much of one for listening to reason!
