3.0 v6 compression

hey there. i just bought an replacement engine for my 93 yota from the autowreckers with 117 miles. the compression on it is 170 to 175... are these good numbers for this engine or should it be a little higher

I would say that is good!!!!

last time i did mine they had 150

im hoping that this auto.wrecker engine will last. there is one problem but i dont know what caused it. theres a tiny bit of engine oil in the intake the part where the throttle flapper is. the wrecker pulled it out today

That tiny bit of oil is probably from the PCV system. Shouldn't be anything to worry about.
