3.0 stripped water bypass bolt - doing head gasket

I was removing the bolts from the water bypass at the rear of the engine and the bolt that is recessed will not come out. Tried pb and heat and finally I stripped the nut. Now what do I do? I was thinking of trying the bolt outs from sears but I am not sure they will work in that tight recessed area. Any ideas?

The bolt outs seem to be your only option at this point...
