2nd gen pickup rear window removal
Just wondering if anyone has ever done it??? it looks like it just pops out, but with my luck, i'd get to taking it out, and i'd miss something and then it would just explode...

its really easy. just have a buddy there to help catch it.

just use a wide flat head screwdriver to pry the bottom corner of the weather stripping out when someone is pushing on it.

easier in the warm weather too...
i heard of fishing line helping, but i would want gloves too.
it should just pop out (make sure you use big surface tensions and not a pointed force)

I just pulled mine (sliding rear glass) yesterday. I took a razor blade and cut the bottom of the weatherstrip (inside the truck), gave the window a little push from inside, then it pulled out easily.
This method only works if you wont be reusing the weatherstrip.
