2nd gen center cap question
I lost one of my rear wheel center caps while highway driving. My problem was that one of the rear clips had broken off. I checked 1sttoyotaparts and see that there are a lot of different types. I also see that they want almost $50 each for them! Highway robbery yep.
I'm wondering if any of you guys have a spare rear wheel center cap in good condition lying around. If anyone has one, could you send me a PM? Free would be great, I pay shipping for sure.
If you look at the picture below, I need the one that looks like #12 or #13, with the clips that have the notches on them, and the toyota logo. If you have a matching pair in great condition I'd pay for that.
Thanks! This is for a 92 4runner.
PS. if I can't find any used ones, does trd or any other company make aftermarket center caps for our wheels? (I have the stock wheel type, offset 8's I think they're called, number 2 on the chart). It might be nice to get something machined/billeted steel etc.

taikowaza, I just bought 4 used center caps for my 4runner from an individual- I wasn't aware there were so many variations. If the ones I bought don't fit mine, I'll let you know in case they will fit yours. I can send you some pics to be sure and we can work out a deal. $50 each is typical stealership greed!
