22RTE vaccum hose on valve cover. where does it go!?!?

So recently I tried to get my 4run to pass smog and everything was peachy keen except there's a hose about 5/8" thick on the front side of my valve cover that goes nowhere. it didn't pass the visual inspection. in order to get it to pass I need figure out where that hose gets connected to. Every vaccum hose diagram I've seen has that hose cut off. Can anyone help me out?

I don't think there's any intake ports big enough for that hose on either the intake plenum or the TB. It's almost as thick as a garden water hose

It's cool, I still appreciate your help. clean 4 run. where did you find those tube bumpers? I've been looking for them for quite some time

They were on it when I bought it a couple years ago. They're smittybilt if I remember correctly. The front bumper's kind of racked, think the PO bumped something on the left side, but it doesn't bug me.
