22rte to 22re help

So Ive got a 1986 turbo 4runner that had a blown, disassembled, incomplete 22rte motor. I got a totaled 1991 5spd 4runner with a good 22re motor. Ive gotten the 91 motor into the 86 body and the wiring harness routed. Now Im stuck with the wiring of the body plugs from the 91 harness into the 86 body harness (gauges, fuel pump, etc..). If anyone has the factory shop manual wiring schematics (plug pins) for the two body plugs from the 91 harness or the 86 body harness Id love to get them. Thanks

why didnt you just use the original harness, and just change parts like the injectors most everything else should have been the same with exception on the afm

would you be intristed in selling the turbo parts that you are removing? ie. manifold, injectors, afm, pcm? if so how much?

had two options-
- adapt the late model engine to the early ecu /harness
- replace all of the old turbo ecu / harness with the newer ecu / harness, etc.

I'd have done the 2nd.

The ecu for the rte is programmed for the turbo, including factoring in lower compression, altered timing maps and alterations to the air-flow meter maps, as well as compensation for engine temps, O2 readings, etc.
Also, the injectors for the later model engine are different and may not work with the 22rte ECU's injector drivers.

I did the second. I routed the harness from the 91 to the ecu from the 91. Now i just need to match the plugs from the 91 wire harness that feed guages and whatnot and do not plug into the ecu to the existing body harness plugs. If anyone knows the plugs im talking about what i really need are the pinouts for the plugs. Thanks. i took the best pics i could. my explanations kinda suck

And Ya i would be interested in selling all the 86 turbo parts. Shoot me an email and ill try to get some pics together. But i wont sell till i finish the project. I have the intake manifold, exhaust man, ecu, wiring harness, turbo transmission, turbo, injectors. as well as the block and head. but both need serious rebuild.

if you used the harness from the 91, there shouldn't be any issues with plugs, gauges and such.
... oh, you said 'existing'... so how do you use the harness from the 91 and have an existing harness to deal with?

I used the 91 engine harness. The body and dash harness from the 86 are still there. There are 2 plugs from the 91 engine harness that dont plug into the ecu. instead they plug into the body and dash harnesses. Im looking for both the pinouts for the 91 engine plugs and the 86 body and dash plugs. Maybe you can get an idea from the pics. I appreciate your thoughts though
