22re Running Rough When Cold and at High RPM's

Ok, so my 4runner won't idle when cold, but as soon as I give it throttle, it runs just fine. Even if I hold it at only 1,000 RPM it works ok, but as soon as it goes to idle, it dies. But if I wait till the temp gauge moves up at all, then let it idle, it's fine.

Also, when I rev it (at any temperature) I.E. When speeding up in 1st as fast as I can, it starts misfiring at ~3,500 RPM, but it still speeds up, but if I shift into 2nd and speed up quickly, it misfires horribly at ~3,000 RPM so bad that I don't speed up any more.

BUT, the fuel filter was replaced only 2,000 miles ago, so that isn't the problem, and I have done plugs and wires recently. However, my fuel sender is bad, so the gas gauge and low fuel light both don't work, which may or may not have anything to do with my problem. Thanks in advance!

I would also hazard a guess that your temp sensor and/or cold start injector/time switch have issues.

Thanks, I'll clean out the Throttle body. So will this have the injector and switch combined, or are they separate? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-22RE-Cold-Start-Fuel-Injector-/221346733586?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item33894b1e12&vxp=mtr

No, that's just the injector. And usually the injector is fine, just related electronics are the issue. Look in here for some info. These two plugs is where I'd start troubleshooting.
