Could you describe the ticking a little better? When I think of ticking I think of an exhaust leak, or the loud injectors in these things. Any work done prior to the ticking noise or did you just notice it one day?

thu clicking is on and off not a slow click but fast, and dosent change with idle realy, definitly not valves im experienced with motors and like i said it goes away but its awfuly lowd and hard to pin point, at one point in time i thought a rockerarm was shot but not so sure im gunna do a HD timing kit so if its in there ill find it. its not just when its cold it comes and goes whenever it wants somtimes not for days!! then lasts a few minuts or so, somtimes wen im driving it happens like i said compleatly random. u seem to have thu same truck

Leak in your exhaust before the 02 is my guess.

codes say fuel line pressure, injector, injector circut, 02 sensor, water temp sensor. ill change it all but thought i would ask first, mabie somone had this problem.
now thu fuel pump and lines and filter are brand new! water temp is not but i thought that just effected idle, computer is new, o2 sensor is a stock o2, eghast is not leaking at all just re did that. it dose not have a crappy idle, idles perfect till it runns ruff then its low along with power, but it snaps out of it and runns great! sounds like mabie a short somwere

How many miles are on the truck? You have to be more specific. The guys on this board know everything there is to know about these trucks. Be patient. Clicking sounds are very common for a perfectly running engine.

yeah those guilds can make all sorts or noise. If you have one that is only partially broken you could be hearing it slap the housing. This may not be the problem but its something that is quick and easy to check. Also probably wouldnt hurt to undo all your belts such as power steering,a/c, an alternator. I had a really loud clicking noise that was coming from my power steering pump pully. I know these are simple things but sometimes you just need to cover all your bases.

Yeah it's always a good thing. If I wouldn't of drug my feet on doing my timing chain I probably wouldn't be on my 4th motor.
