I've had my truck since 2008 and only up until recently has it started to develop a 100 RPM idle surge once warmed up. Roughly 750-850ish. If I let it idle on its own for while without touching the throttle, it will clear up eventually. When it's cold, it idles fine. When it's warm, it idles between 550-750 and misfires and surges.

I have always notice a misfire while cruising and barely touching the throttle but was never an issue. I also have noticed fairly recently that the truck somewhat bogs down, then takes off like VTEC just kicked in when accelerating.

The idle has never really been perfect and always had a slight miss at idle but now there's surging so I'm looking for ideas or if this sounds familiar to anyone and has fixed their problem.

I really don't have many vaccum lines and the EGR has been removed. I still have the original TPS with 283k miles on it though.
