22RE Engine Rebuild sooooooo pretty....

......i almost didnt want to put them in the truck. going good so far. gotta do the timing belt tomorrow as well as finish up the rest of the top end.

I just wrapped up a job installing a set just like that in a 89 this week and in a 91 last week.

but yeah, they do look nice before they go in.
are these new? or did a machine shop do it?

Did the machinist have to wipe his cut finger all over the cam? Damn those bleeding machinists.

thats gotta be atleast 4 fingers worth of blood right there!
you should gasket match the intake and exhuast ports might get a horse or two to the rear wheels

machine shop. great guy, only charged me 150 a head. that included deck job, valve job AND valve adjustment. i have never heard "gasket match" how do you go about doing that.

if you paint the valve cover and intake, you automatically get an additional 5 HP added to your engine.

dynaflo for painted valve cover
