22re dead hole?
ok i have a 91 22re that is missing on #4 after warm up! i pull #4 plug wire when idling and no change it the way it runs. but the thing is when i first fire it up it runs smooth no missing! but after like 5 min of running it starts to miss on #4. i ran a compression test and it went, #1@165, #2@165, #3@165 #4@125? i no that is a lil low but is it low enough that it would cause #4 cylinder to be dead?
any help would be great!

so i went to swap injectors today thinking that would be the culprit. and i decided to check the oil even though it had only been a few days since i checked it last and to my surprise the oil is white. blown head gasket. but there was no smoke coming out of the tail pipe and would a blown hg be causing my miss?

Yep...I have tried a product with pretty good results. My other cylinders aren't that good (#150 range) so yeah, its getting better. But I might just take it apart and rebuild it

blown hg could definitely cause a miss. Just think about how good a campfire burns when you throw a bunch of water in it . It also makes sense that it would only do it warmed up because thats when the t-stat opens.
But in all seriousness, get a leakdown test done. That'll confirm the blown HG.
Good news is on a 22re the HG job is pretty easy, me and my buddy planned to do his one weekend. We drove it saturday night.
