22r engine pulling woes

so I am in the process of pulling my 22r. I took out the radiator and battery and labeled a few vacuum hoses, not many though. I have a haynes manual, but it is not very descriptive. So what do I need to do next? I am having trouble identifying all the vacuum lines. I havent done much motor work so this is all kind of new to me.

whatchya got the carbed motor or efi? and dont look at the diagrams with the motor and all the lines everywhere, your not gonna be able to track lines like that, theres a big square diagram that looks like an electrical diagram those are the ones to look at, you just gotta learn all the different names for the things they plug into, and ps i got rid of my EGR and i have 4 vac lines i think now? but thats carbed...and i dont need it in my state

Go here and download the FSM: http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/index.html

The manual for 84-89 4Runner has the information on 22R engines and is much better than the Haynes or Chiltons.
