22 RE troubleshooting

We just finished building a turbokit for our truck with a 22 RE and it looks very nice, but we were a bit dissapointed when we did the first ride. It idles very nice and at low rpm it feels good, but the second the boost-gauge passes zero it starts to thumble and hesitate.

Why doesnt it handle the boost?
Is there somthing about the stock fuel injection we have missed?
Have anyone seen this kind of problem before?

I hope somebody can help us out here.

you used stock 22re injection, or stock 22ret injection?

not nearly enough info to even speculate on anything.
