Hi All,
I am new to yotatech as i just got a toyota truck 1991 dlx 3.0,as you know 3vze is junk i know 1uzfe is popular or was i am looking for info on a swap i would like to keep my 5 spd tranny and ifs for now, sas will come later, but 3.o is a dog. any info would be sweet mabey where to locate parts and if anybody has a ballpark price for a basic but complete swap and how long it may take. i have medium fab skills and alot of friends with fab know how.

well there is a thread in the engine swap section which is in the fab section. i forget what the guys name is but he did this with his 4runner and loves he kept the ifs. the motors are going to be hard to find depending on where you are but you can get them from a jap importer for maybe 1000 bucks complete swap all together your probably looking at 4 or 5k depending on how much you do your self.

oh and welcome to YT, also for your own good and so people dont start flaming you use the search button or google or what ever you use to find info and look for info that way too.
