1994 Water By-pass issue
Hey guys,
I made quite a stupid mistake (hopefully not major) while changing a head-gasket on my 1994 3.0L V6 SR5. I'm currently in the process of re-assembly, and had installed the two heads before installing the No.1 water-by-pass. For those of you who have done the job, the bracket around the No.1 water by-pass pipe must sits within the heads and lower block.
my question is: considering the No.1 water by-pass is bolted down in 4 different locations, would it be detrimental to just cut the metal of the bracket so that I may install it now?
If needed, I will take some pictures of my situation.
Thanks,
Jeff
