I have not seen it in person yet but am going to take a look at it here in a few hrs.. here are some pictures of the pickup
i'll look over the paint when I see it in person, and inspect for rust. thanks @Dingotech .. Also not positive but I believe it's the original clutch, and possibly original brakes as well .. the owner is asking $11k !
Any help is appreciated !

That owner is out of his mind.
I would offer $5k cash on that if it were put up at like $7-8k. Maybe pay $6k but that's a stretch. With it at 11k that would just be an insulting lowball, haha.

The value of pickup trucks is VERY regional. Asking here will get you informed opinions, but what do I know about Arkansas? Consider browsing around CraigsList or whatever passes for that in your area. You'll only get asking prices, but it's a useful reference.
That's a nice looking truck, but even $8k sounds a little high to me. Don't forget: very regional.

Very clean-looking rig. I agree that the price is too high. Find out is all of the basic maintenance is up-to-date- e.g., timing belt, etc. Find out when the battery was last replaced. Were the brake pads/rotors ever done? When was the last time fluids were changed? Check inside radiator (before test driving, of course). Are the ports/vents generally clean, and there's no gunk built up? Does the seller have records of all, or at least recent, service?
Clutch shouldn't matter unless the seller is a complete idiot driver. But an accumulations of needed maintenance will take additional scratch to fix, and that should definitely figure into your offer.
BTW- the 3.0L isn't a bad engine when you have the stick tranny. Performance wise, it's on par with the 2.7L that came with the early Tacoma. If you can get good quality gas (i.e, not that Kalifornia crap) you can get over 20 MPG as long as you're not driving at mach loony speeds.
