I had the exact same problem with my old truck. The leak was coming from the lower corner of the windshield and to make sure it never happend again I zip tied mine behind my glove box (I had plenty of slack in the wiring to do this).

I am having a similar problem with my truck. New rebuilt engine, fires on eather. Has fuel pressure at the rail. I beleive the injectors are not firing, no fuel to the cylinders, What causes them to fire?

more information
Engine I am having problem with is a 93 22RE. Engine has been completely rebuilt, new bearings, pistons , rings, cam, re-man head. I bought the truck with engine in pieces in the bed. All went back in nicely, I think all the wires are hooked up. Where does the injection system get its signal to fire? The manual I have has a wiring diagram but the colors do not match the harness. I have fuel pressure to the rail and good spark, fires with starting fluid.

OK, found it. ITS ALIVE!!!!! Multiple issues, one was a bad ground going to the block, after I found that she started to run but only on two cylinders, Next, pulled the injectors individually and found two bad ones. Believe it or not that truck will run on two cylinders.
Wanted to wrap up the post in case it helps anyone else.

Was the fuel ejection fuse (I'm going to go out on a limb and guess it was the MFI fuse) blown? Or did you replace it "anyway"?
If you read the thread to which you are replying, you would see that you should jumper B+ to FP. This will force the pump to run with key-on. If that works, your problem in in the VAF-COR circuit. If not, check for voltage to ground at B+ (key-on).
