1992 Toy. 4runner Catalytic Converter‏ compatible w/ a 1996 TOY. 4RUNNER?

...I have a guy that want to buy my stock Catalytic Converter‏. I do not know if they are compatible. I have it post for sale for $130, am I asking too little or a bit too much? Thanks in advance.

I think the 96+ runners have bigger exhaust pipes.

3.4 vs 3.0. Different engines, and I'm 99% sure they're different part numbers in the book too.

They still do the exact same thing. It just probibly wont bolt up correctly.
