Hello,

Are there any other pickups (Mitubishi, Nissan, Mazda, ect.) whose tailgate will fit the 90' DLX pickup? As far as dimensions go?

I have been slowly tying up the loose ends on my , and the tailgate has been tough to replace. The previous owner felt the rig did not require a tailgate or the hinges...ect. All are gone.

Junkyards are several hours drive away. Last I looked there was about (5 or so) 1989-1995 pickups and 4runners that had been picked to the frame.

Rockauto seems to have the cheapest prices for a tailgate ($60) and does not include anything other than the tailgate.

I know one of you yotatech folks is running an aftermarket or swapped tailgate

Where are you located? I have saved several parts of tailgates of the years. ie: access panel, tailgate handle, the hinge mounts and straps etc. Only thing I don't have are the internal rods. Id sell the parts you need if you wanted. I don't know of any other gate that would fit w/o more work then needed.

I appreciate your reply. I'll see if I can scrounge up for a tailgate.

If anyone is interested, google search yielded a table of tailgate dimensions. Seems like some trucks are close
