When You start the truck up it will idle fine you give it fuel it acts like its running out of gas. I have change
Plugs
Plug Wires
Pickup Coil
Bottle Coil
Clean intake and New Gaskets
New Fuel Filter
Fuel Treatment
Air Filter
When it warms up you give it a quarter of Throttle it will act like it wants to quit but from half to full throttle it runs Fine.
I Notice when you try to pull out it barely will highest gear you can get it up to is 2nd and that's it feels like something is holding it back.

I Have no Computer to pull up any codes yet when i pulled the TPS wire off the engine it picks up idle when I plug it back in the idle slows Down does that mean its bad or maybe going out?

Test the components the way the fsm tells you to. Some have adjustments, like the tps. If it is out of adjustment, replacing it with a 100 dollar part won't do any good if you don't know how to adjust. A 22re is one of the easiest engines there is to diagnose and fix, but you will have to learn to follow directions and procedures.
