Alright, so I decided to start working on this 4x4. it's a 1988 efi, and I'm thinking it's a...6 cylinder, maybe? I'm not entirely sure how to check the block that would normally say it is pretty dirty...lol Yeah, I'm really new at this crap. This is only my second vehicle ever. Anyway. It's battery was completely dead, so I went out and got an other one, (I am going to replace the post clamps, these ones are totally effed) Anyway. The battery worked, everything came on, but when I went to start it, it would rev but never turn over. It's a manual, I'm not good with manuals but I know how to start them. Anyway. Just wondering what I should check first, second, etc. Maybe tell me in lamen terms because like I said...I'm pretty new. Mechanically inclined but I know nothing but the bare basics about cars. This trucks been sitting for probably...a year. the last time I saw it start up and run was...2 years ago. But we never started it up again after that, so now it's up to me lol.
