So i have a carb swapped 88 4runner . 22r block and head idk what kind of intake and a weber carb . The trucks running off the efi wiring harness . Its a 5speed truck . The bad stuff . The blocks got issues it makes noise i gotta good block and head just wanna know if i can get an after market cam and not need head work .

Well i got a new head new timing chain kit and the block checked . I havent reinstalled i was wondering if i should buy a set of head bolts and timing cover bolts .

Well ive got my motor built . Runs good i have a leaking manual fuel pump and oil leak from around timing cover ?
