I have a 87 toyota pick up with a 22re i am looking for more power (alot more power).
Any ideas what swap i should do?

The most common is a 3.4 5vzfe swap. This is the engine in late 90's and early 00's tacomas, 4runners, and v6 tundras.

Plan to build the drive line as it fails.
Small Block Chevy !!!
You can build a pretty decent engine for around $10,000 last I looked but prices do go up
Myself The stock 3.4 Has plenty of stuff for my needs
