1986 4runner 22re rebuilt HELP!
I have a spun bearing and im about to order a rebuilt kit but when I look up the kit asks for bore size and piston size and all the internals im a newbie and would use all the help necessary.. Thanx for the help anyone

How many times did you post this? You will probably need the engine apart to determine sizing of what you need. And is the crankshaft useable? Probably not if you spun a bearing. I would take the crank to a reputable machine shop for inspection and machining if necessary. You cant just order parts. Some years, Toyota used a different size bearing in every journal. They stamp the sizing on both the block and the crank. Then they have a formula that uses the journal size with the block size to determine the correct bearing to use, if the crankshaft has not been machined

label EVERYTHING... especially vacuum lines... when i did my rebuild my dad helped me and he didn't label anything... pretty fun figuring what he took apart out... but yea you need to take it apart prior to ordering...
