Yotayard! Stay away!

They cheated me big time. They sent me a different part from the one advertised, please take a good look of my video and pictures. If you are trying to get some parts for your pre 84 truck, stay away from yotayard!

You have proof this was done with criminal intent ??

I get so many mis packed miss shipped parts on a daily basis from just about all the vendors I deal with .

One I recall was a $10,000.00 mistake

I don't care about the intent, I care about my parts being the right parts.

Out of curiosity, did you contact the organization about the problem? If so what was the response?

IMHO mix-ups happens when you're dealing with 30+ year old vehicles and parts. Its the way the mix-ups are handled that makes the difference.

You should care about the intent because that is how you get the right parts or get problems resolved in the best way possible.

From the pictures you posted, you received a different part than what was listed. This could have easily been a mistake when you have a shelf with many of the same parts. When reading reviews of products or businesses, I ALWAYS disregard reviews that have no mention of how the issue was handled by both parties involved. All that tells me is that the reviewer was a bad customer and was too lazy to do anything about it. People are human and make mistakes. If you tried contacting the seller repeatedly and they never respond or refuse to exchange an item or refund your money, then you have every right to be mad. (So far that is not the case...)
