Motor swap

What would you have to change in an 1980 toyota pickup with the 20r and the 4spd to switch it to a EFi22r and 5spd?

You would need the computer and wiring harness for the EFI to make it all work.

You will also need the throttle cable, fuel tank, fuel line (supply).

In lieu of a different fuel tank and internal pump, you could use the external pump available in some Toyota cars (my '84 Camry had one) and keep the stock tank. Just be sure to mount the pump as low as possible.

You'll also need to relocate the t-case x-member as the newer trannys are about 2" longer.

Gotpropane has all you need to run a 22R on propane.
