Anyone with a 4 inch lift...
What modifications did you have to do when you lifted your truck? I want to put a 4" or mabey 5" lift on my 81 pickup and I am just wondering what else I would have to do for that. Thank you

Amen to that!!
Also search chevy 63" rear spring swap as well as RUF's (rears up front). Your mind will melt wit the amount of search results you'll get. It's probably the best bang for your buck, and flexes good. You will have to cut and weld, but it's well worth it.
I'd stay away from complete box kits such as skycrapper, rough country etc. They are overpriced and ride like crap for the most part. 5" and above may also bring you into driveshaft mod territory.

So I've looked into high steer and I have a couple questions that you guys can probably answer. I was looking at All Pros hy steer kit and it says that I need a IFS steering box from a 86 to 91, does that also mean that I need power steering because my 81 does not have it already? Thanks guys
