FS: NYC 1987 4x4 22RE Engine and Auto Trans
Up for sale is the engine out of my 1987 Toyota 4x4. Motor is still in the truck at this moment.
Engine runs but it has a misfire due to no compression in the number three cylinder. Engine has 126k miles on it. It was an original owner truck that was parked for a few years. I've only owned the truck for two months so I can't tell you much on the life of it. I bought it with the issue. The motor is a good candidate for a complete rebuild or swap into another chassis. It's a rear sump motor.
I can demo the engine and take a deposit before I pull the motor.
The motor will come as a package:
Engine
ECU and harness
Ignitor, injector resistor
All engine belt driven accessories
I will also have the automatic transmission for sale with transfer case. I don't know much about the transmission either. Other than it worked to move the truck and that one of the cooler lines had a hole in it from rust. Will need the line replaced or repaired with a cooler hose. Not a huge issue but I would like to mention it.
Asking $200 for the engine and $100 for the Transmission.
Call or text any questions
