A few weeks ago I was interested in removing the factory decals from the side of the truck. I researched and found a few solutions to the problem, including WD 40 soaked rags and hair dryer/guitar picks, neither of which worked. I also found a common solution to be the 3m Stripe Off wheel, which wasn't available locally..so my options were rather limited. Then, after rummaging through the closet, I found my Citristrip that I had used for removing the paint from the guitars I built. I sprayed a light coat directly onto the surface of the decal and waited about 15 minutes (half of the instructed 30 on the can) and went back out with a scraper and took the decal right off! Then another 10 minutes off scrubbing with a rag/rubbing alcohol took off all residue and adhesive. I would highly recommend this product to anybody interested in removing decals or stickers, as it offers a relatively clean, safe, and CONVENIENT solution to the hours consumed by manually pealing and coaxing the decals off. Great product! These pictures are before the final alcohol scrubbing, but it should give a great visual towards the convenience of this product. I was able to get all of the decals off both sides, completely, in less than an hour, including the 15 or so minutes spent waiting after spraying.

I found the can at autozone for ~$5 and I'm sure it's available at any similar auto parts store or hardware store.
