Trail Ride…Carveacre Trail and Pancake Rock...San Diego, Ca

hey guys title says it all

Went with a bunch of FJ cruisers and 4runners..

fuuuun trail in san diego...

I'll post some pics I took... there will be better ones later when people with the SLR send some to me, but thought you guys might enjoy some pics

and yes, this FJ cruiser with the trailer did everything we did! he popped his tire on one of the hardest parts, but the winch got him out. that is one capable trailer!!

BLAKE, SUWEEEEEEET! Nice pics, man... keep em comin!

Wow, that is a really great looking ride... I've done quite a bit by El Toro/Mountains north of there, ....but only went up this once around 18 years ago, lol.

Any drama? How'd you do on that section the FJ popped the tire on?

Any video?

RIGHT ON, BRUDDA!

Yeah, it is nerve racking, isn't it? Seriously... if you ever come with us up to the Sierras, ... the Dunes and Mine roads out by Olancha and the Trails near Mount Whitney/Mammoth/and then coming back through the Sequoias.... WOW, SERIOUSLY tight trails with tons of creepy crawly sections and fallen trees to remove, etc., etc., hahaha. Nothing more nerve racking than a narrow road next to a cliff! lol... Some of the worst I've done are actually in the Angeles Crest on the Backside near Big Rock Creek/around it. Lots of rock gardens, too... more annoying than nerve racking, lil bumpy! hahaha.

Anyway, glad you had fun/came back without carnage, man!
