Here is a quick Iphone video:
The rear has limited up travel as you can see in the landing. The rear has a Chevy 63" spring swap resulting in 5" of up travel (compression) and 9" of down travel (extension).

haha nice! you got out after he over jumped and landed hard, yup been my hobbie for about 5 years now really enjoy it downside is I dont get a lot of myself need a tripod , nates truck was awesome can really kick up some rooster tails and launch that pickup pretty far

That was a fun trip! Great photos! That landing really compressed my spine. It popped some floor pan spot welds and bent the seat frame. Heavy on the gas pedal burned up the air injection hose to the cat. It was a special order high temp silicone that was $22 for an 18" section. The aluminum beer can wrap held up much better. When I was home inspecting the truck today I found two broken exhaust hangers.
I actually went and calculated my numbers: Round trip was 443 miles. I spent $184 in fuel. Average of 13.5 MPG on the highway going to Pismo. I drove 38 miles in the dunes. I had a half tank of gas when I got home.

Awesome event as usual, we had a great time. My only regret is i did not get a chance to meet and wheel with everyone. It was my gf's 1st trip and probably my 4th Pismo Jamboree. Wanted to take more pix of the awesome rigs but only managed to snag a few. Til' next year
