I am about to do the toytec ultimate lift on a 99 4runner with the OME 891 rear coils and also a 1 inch body lift. I am really on the fence about going with 285/75s or 305/70s and I am looking for thoughts/opinions. The vehicle is a third vehicle, not a daily driver but must be able to drive to and from the trail(3-4 hrs at a time) and be able to hold its own on the trail(I'm wheeling with friends in lifted jeep rubicons). I love the look of the wider 305s but I am always trying to seek out the best choice for functionality as the main purpose for this vehicle is to be a winter driver/trail rig so function will always trump looks by a small margin.

I was wondering if you have had any significant rubbing or other issues with the 305's? Are you running a wheel spacer such as spidertrax?
