3vze wont start...please help

hey guys i picked up a 1988 4runner a while ago it had 240k orignal on it. motor went bad so i had it rebuilt to stock specs. i got the motor in the car all harness hooked up. tried to start it for the first time it fired up ran like crap(no vacumm lines ran). it ran for about 25 min.i turned it off.put in the vacumm lines and now it wont start. any help would be much apricated
