heya Bob_98SR5 I am new to the forums, I see you have put alot of work and effort here, fantastic job! now onto my question. It is regarding the 2nd gen 4runner borla cat back exhaust. I went to the borla website and it seems as they no longer offer this or at least for the automatics (not sure what the difference is) is there any other manufacture that you recommend?

    Bob,
I was reading your write up on the 22re mods and was noticing the cover you have on your distributor cap. I've never seen one like that on a vehicle of any kind and was wondering where you got it?

Send me a PM if you're able to do that still please (are you being punished for spamming or something?), I got an error message when I tried to PM you.

I also have a 98 SR5 and was looking for a write up on the ISR mod, the one you posted states that its only for 96' and 97' 4Rynners.

Do you know what the difference is? Why would the write up not work for our rigs? Seems like it would but the write up is very specific.

Hey brother, I have a 1990 4Runner that did not come with a factory roof rack and am looking at installing an aftermarket one. The aftermarket one I have was a freebee. Is huge safari style. My question come to you after I looked up your thread on your Hella light install on your rack and noticed it to be aftermarket. I have no mounts for mine and will need to fab some up. I was curious if you wouldnt mind helping me out with some advice on how to go about installing this thing without it looking rediculous. Maybe some pics of how yours is mounted and what the mounts look like. Im in no hurry so dont break you neck. Thanks in advance, Josh - Alabama - toy4run

    Bob,
I have a '97 4runner and have all the parts necessary to do the 99 cup holder/center radio console mod. I read in one of your posts that you had the 99 wiring diagram. I am purchasing the connector for the back side of the radio bezel today and was wondering if you could get me a copy of the 99 electrical diagram or knew where I could get one.
    Any info is appreciated, Thanks
    Eric

I was wondering how hard, just adding moving wires or more, it was to switch the battery and air intake on the 22re.

    Hey Bob!
The link to your write up about changing the rear brake light bulbs on the YotaTech Articles is missing. Would love to see how you did that. I hve both bulbs out on both sides of my 98 4Runner. If you have an updated link I would appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    PJ
