I believe jdmparts.ca can help you source the power window control button set, there is also a supplier on Ebay based in Australia that can source just about anything and the Australia Post fees are very reasonable as another option.

Actually it's not that hard to source parts at all... pretty much every body panel is available either from the dealer or from aftermarket suppliers (via body shop suppliers) and their fit and finish is excellent. The box when I replaced it was sourced from Georgia. Most mechanical parts are still available from the dealer and since the 4runners are mechanically identical in most things finding parts at the wreckers is relatively easy. So far the only thing I have'nt been able to get a hold of is a replacement 2dr. driver's power window control button set. lol
Many of our members here have also provided bits here and there from trucks they were dismantling.
My mechanic is a toyota truck specialist and has been in the business for several years and has a good storehouse of parts as well.
