Toys to sit in garages for years unfinished because they didn't realize what they had gotten into.
First prepping the axle.. full rebuild, truss, armor, plated steering stops.
Might as well stick some longfields in there while rebuilding or else you'll get really good at replacing birfs
Even 33's look dinky on a SASed rig.. most guys run 35's
If your gonna run 35's your gonna need to regear
If your gonna regear you might as well lock it while it's apart
Oh crap the stock push pull won't work.. Gotta get a hysteer kit
Shoot what springs to go with since I need 4 new leaf springs
Oh man now the front is higher than the rear.. gotta rebuild the rear too
What springs in the rear
Shocks are now to short.. gotta buy new shocks all around
Now it flexes too much in the front.. need a long spline custom shaft
Do your homework.. a SAS is a huge expensive project. An IFS rig on 33's with some decent gears and locked up will AMAZE you at where it'll go when driven properly
