heard of you in some other posts and am new to this forum but need to figure this one out... I have an A340f (if i remember correctly) in an 86 4x4 w/ the 22rtec. I have no codes or issues other than it seems to shift a touch early and WILL NOT KICKDOWN EVER. that is my main issue with the truck. It has 290k, and i don't know it's (the trans.) history. like i said all seems fine, but no matter what, it won't kickdown under load, at ANY throttle position in ANY gear. i always have to turn o/d off on the highway to get it into 3rd. Any Ideas?
