First day of March today, and also the start of what looks to be the biggest snow storm to hit the east end all winter. Today we're supposed to get an inch or so, but over tonight and tomorrow we are getting about a foot... thats a lot for out here... anywho, the fire roads should be hella fun in that, and maybe school will be out tomorrow...

I've had a bottom end external oil leak for a little while, which I thought was the oil pan gasket. Anyway, yesterday, after the inauguration, I did an oil change and realized that the oil filter I had put on 3k miles ago had loosened to the point where it took no effort at all to remove it from the block. So thank you Obama, for both saving my engine and saving me from having to drop the pan.

Both him and his buddy who was riding shotgun walked away no problems, and the car was still able to get them home. So here's a moment of silence for the poor IS300...

On a lighter note, a commercial airliner that took off from LaGuardia airport today had an engine failure and crash landed in the Hudson River. All people aboard lived, were rescued,...

We got about 2 inches of snow last night on top of an inch already on the ground and a layer of ice. It's supposed to snow all through the day and leave 3-5 inches on the ground. All this is good news, except my school seems to think that everybody's got a lifted 4x4 like me and will have no problem attending today. This is the same school that two years ago closed for two days because there was a little bit of ice on the roads around it. Grrr.

So I have no idea how people find these blogs. Do you have to go to somebodys blog manually, or is there like a Most Recently Updated blogs list? Gotta look around... and there it is! Recent entries! Yotatech is psychic...

Got a new exhaust yesterday. It's a custom bent by meineke catback with a flowmaster 40 delta flow muffler, 2.25 inch pipes. Sounds damn good, and noticeable extra power too. Love it so far.

    Here's what is sounds like
