sorry it took me so long. the measurements on the rack are 92x45. 92 is a tad too long if you are going to put lights on it (glare) so i moved mine back, but if i was going to make another one, i would make it from 85-90 depending on preference
yeah definately, its in my dad's shop in Chattanooga right now. i'm going back to finish the bumper on monday, and i'll get some measurements then if thats cool. i made it out of galvanized steel so really any welder will do the job haha. its not strong enough to roll your car on, but its strong enough to hold everything i've had up there. its held: a tent, sleeping bag, cooler, spare tire, and 2 small tool boxes. currently it is off because: i had it mounted on Yakima rain gutter towers and cross bars and u-bolted it to them. the problem was that on my fiberglass top, the raingutters on it were not strong enough to support everything, so they have cracked and broke. so my new fix for this problem is, once my rear bumper is on, i'm going to run an exo cage bar from one side to the other and mount it to my exo cage.
i hate to tell you this bro but you won't find that roof rack anywhere. that is home made. i looked at buying a full length rack like that before i made it, and Yakima was the place a looked, and to get one full length, it would have run over $1000. i actually have made a few of these for some buddies because they didn't wanna drop big $ on a full length either. Usually if you want a full length like this, either you have to make it or get somebody to do it for you, i had never made one but i decided to give it a shot and i'm happy with it. the tires are 33x12.50 maxxis bighorns.
