man why you gots to bring up a sore subject. i have beat this topic to dealth in my head and with chelsea (and she dosen't care as long as im happy). So im still stuck on trying for the HP fj80 axle or just a mini axle (is the 80 worth it?). ive got all my links and brackets picked out. gears and a spool ready to go either way. steerings good to go. shocks and hoops from houston(?)

At this point i might just pick up a 5.29 spool and throw it in for some 2wd, at least then i can go play. Just got back from looking at an iphone and i don't like it so theres more money. jus need a decision.

dude, i saw that axle on CL a few days ago and the wheels were turnin in my thinker. i saw a full set a while ago for under a g. im goin back and forth on the swap though. and i like marlin but i see no need to go marlin for a kit like that. i like his gears though.
