I didn't have much rubbing issues w/ the 255/85's on the T100, just a little on the rear near the splash shield plastic which I removed. Might need to hammer the pinch weld.

The true trac did not hold up for me. It worked great for a year or so but it failed due to the high torque / large (stock) wheels & tires. I posted the details of the failure here: http://n8rws.com/TRD13.htm

I ended up installing a Detroit Locker this fall.. it is working very well but has some "normal" quirks.. I have more detail in this video: http://youtu.be/iNGnNHPzipU

Hey man thanks for getting in touch! I've finally given up trying to fix this myself. Do you have much experience doing electrical on T100s? The problem is a short in the ECT sensor circuit, it has something to do with the stop lights I believe. Do you think you could find the short quickly? My main reason for not wanting to bring it in is the possibility of having someone tell me it took them 12 hours to find it and then billing me at $100 an hour for that. I need to bring it somewhere though, my truck is getting ˟˟˟˟ for gas millage and its costing me. Let me know what you think, hopefully we can work something out

On the top ball joints, there is a small bolt in each, perhaps it was 8mm or so. I removed those, and put in straight zerk fittings.

The bottom ones had the same, very small metric bolts plugging the grease holes. I put 45° fittings in those. Once you get behind the wheels (easier with them off, but possible with them on) you should see them.

The top ones are literally right on top of the upper ball joints, the bottom ones point out from the back side toward the lower control arms.

I may be able to make it down on Saturday. I've wheeled down there a few times but the trails can be hard to find. I'm headed over by Blanding UT this weekend to do a little wheelin. Keep me posted on your plans.

I may be able to make it down. Have you every wheeled down there? What kind of rigs are you driving?
