    Yes that is right . The aluminum column assembly under the steering wheel + or - the wiring. The wheel lock cam shaft or ignition switch shaft is snapped into on mine.

    I am still looking for a ignition assembly for a 85. Never received any picks or,Paypal info that i know of. Please let me know about it thanks J.P..
