On 4/4/2007, you wrote: "My bearing in that pulley is getting loose so just a couple weeks ago I called the dealer to order a new bearing. They said that the bearing itself is not available, you have to order a whole pulley for $150. I took the pulley off and got the bearing number on it (NSK 6204DU) and ordered a bearing from Kaman Industries for $11."

Motion Industries is in Lancaster, CA, so I could get the bearing there, but I'm having difficulty opening the pulley to access it. There are two slots, which would allow a 25mm flat head screw driver to unscrew the cover over the bearing, but I don't have that size. Do you have any recommendations, or do I have MI do it for me? I have the A/C idler pulley off (previously replaced). Is it the same as the power steering idler pulley, or do I need to remove the bad one and take that one in?
    I appreciate your help.
