I am a bit confused on the outstanding question, but let me try and give you some advice. Don't focus on the colors so much as the function of the wires. Go to the TIS website and download the e-locker wiring diagram to PDF for $10 (day use fee, so download everything you can).

When I swapped in an e-locker, I bought the OEM ECU and made my own harness at the e-locker itself. Much, much easier than trying to go off strictly coloration on a schematic IMO.

Anyway, like I said, understand the function of each wire and route accordingly to the e-locker. It really only comes down to 5 wires or so to make it work. Just be careful because the safety feature will be disabled once you get it up and running, creating the potential for problems while on the move.
